Teenage Pregnancy is a very real and almost unknown health problem. Each year, many teenagers fall pregnant. Around 12 000 women under the age of 19 give birth. Teenage pregnancy is unsafe for both the impregnated girl and boy and is troubling for everyone. It is dangerous, physically and mentally for the expectiving mother and health hazardous for the infant.
 Teenagers are already experiencing many hardships with friends, family and school. The added stress of looking after another life or deciding whether terminate is extremely difficult. Teenage Pregnancy is a dire problem sweeping Australia and the rest of the world that can be very risky and unsafe.
